Why Haven't My Credits Arrived in May?

I am subscribed to the pro plan and used up my credits last month. It is already May, so why haven't the new credits been credited yet?

    Hi! Credits on the Pro plan renew on a 30-day cycle from your subscription start date, not at the beginning of each calendar month. For example, if you subscribed on April 10th, your credits will reset on May 10th — not May 1st.

    You can check your exact renewal date on your subscription/billing page. Hope that clears things up!
