layout problem

If I put many lines of text in the query text box, the text box expands downward, causing the "Submit" button to disappear. The browser scroll bar also does not appear, so I cannot scroll down to reach the button. I have to zoom out the browser just to make the "Submit" button visible again. Please fix this.
